Pangea Gecko Diet with Fig & Insects is a complete diet featuring the rich flavor and aroma of figs combined with a high insect content. This banana free formula is ideal for geckos that are less interested in banana based diets, while the strong fig taste helps encourage feeding in even the pickiest individuals. By using alternative fruits as the foundation of the formula, Pangea was able to incorporate figs while avoiding oxalic acid. Insects serve as the primary protein source, with this recipe containing more than twice the insect content of the original Pangea Gecko Diet with Insects formula. Due to the absence of banana powder, this diet mixes to a thinner consistency than many other formulas. However, many geckos readily accept this texture. Since feeding marks may be less visible, it is recommended to offer smaller portions initially to better monitor consumption.
