• •Perishable goods are subject to specific conditions outlined at purchase

• •By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate
• •Payment must be completed at the time of purchase
• •We accept payments via the methods available at checkout
• •All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes

• •For most products, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason
• •To exercise this right, notify us in writing (e.g. by email) within the 14-day period, then return the item within 14 days of that notification
• •Items should be returned in their original condition where reasonably possible; return shipping is at the buyer's cost unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
• •Once we receive the returned item, refunds are processed within 14 days
• •This right does not apply to: perishable or rapidly-deteriorating goods, goods sealed for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, and goods made or personalized to your specification (e.g. custom terrarium orders)
• •If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery — this applies in addition to, not instead of, the above

We do not currently sell live animals. A dedicated returns and animal-welfare policy will apply once live animal sales are introduced.
