It is designed for reptile and amphibian species that are kept outdoors with regular access to natural sunlight, or those receiving high levels of UVB from specialized UVB lighting. Instructions: For feeder insects, place the insects in a plastic bag with a small amount of powder and gently shake until they are lightly coated before feeding. For fresh fruits and vegetables, use approximately 1 heaping teaspoon of powder per pound of food.
